The filtering elements of deep type of mechanical cleaning
The filtering elements of deep type represent a multilayered cylindrical design from polypropylene fibers, with the changing porosity on filter-bed section.
The principle of a filtation is based on fractional department of particles at the expense of gradual increase in a subtlety of filtering on layers of the filtering element thanks to what high performance and efficiency of cleaning, long service life of the filtering elements is provided.
The filtering elements find broad application in food, chemical, electronic, printing, perfumery and other industries.
So wide scope is caused by high chemical resistance of polypropylene and its resistance to bacterial pollution.
We recommend filter elements for a rough filtration and thin cleaning:
- drinking, technological and turnover water;
- alcoholic and soft drinks, juice, beer;
- chemical reactants, acids, alkalis, organic substances, galvanic solutions, removal of firm catalysts, etc.;
- liquid varnishes and paints;
- vegetable and mineral oils;
- air and gases in case of normal and raised (to 80 °C) temperature;
- and also for removal of opalescence and colloids in various liquids.
Distinctive features of our filtering elements:
- the regulated change of porosity of a deep filter-bed allowing to make the filtering elements combining the finishing filter and the prefilter;
- the multilayered porous structure providing the increased contaminant capacity;
- lack of migration of fibers from a filter-bed;
- high chemical resistance to a wide range of chemical reagents;
- low content of the extracted substances binding absence, lubricants and surfactants in case of production;
- broad range of working temperatures (to +80 °C);
- low cost;
- when filtering water solutions the preliminary gidrofilization isn't required;
- broad range of the filtering elements with efficiency of keeping of particles from 0,5 microns to 100 microns;
- the nomenclature of the filtering elements of various length for ensuring required performance of process of filtering.
Sanitary handling and sterilization is made in any manner on OST 42-21-2-85 (except air). The filtering elements can be partially regenerated, for example by washing with clear water with the return current. More complete regeneration is reached by dissolution of a deposit with the subsequent washing. Efficiency of regeneration increases with increase in temperature of the regenerating solution and its pressure.

Structure of the filtering element
The filtering element for purification of liquids of mechanical impurity represents a multilayered cylindrical design from nonwoven polymeric fibrous fabric, with the changing size of a time on filter-bed section.
Structure of the filtering element is formed on the basis of the analysis of particle size distribution of firm particles in the filtered liquid and technological parameters of process of a filtration. Each structural element provides compliance of a certain parameter of the filtering element is set requirements. That which approach allows to adapt the filtering element to specific conditions of operation and to provide an optimality of his characteristics.
Modern processing equipment with high extent of automation allows to carry out quickly multiple parameter optimization of structure of the filtering element. In combination with continuous control of parameters of the filtering elements, it allows to receive high-quality products for the most various scopes.

The deferrizing filtering elements are intended for water purification from mechanical particles and release it from soluble compounds of iron in various systems of water treatment (filters, water purifiers, etc.)
The element represents a product of the cylindrical form from the filtering polypropylene material with filling by the deferrizing catalytic agent applied on the punched frame with end connecting details (adapters).
Process of cleaning is carried out by a filtration of mechanical particles and colloids the gradient porous structure formed by layers of polypropylene fibers, oxidation of soluble compounds of iron in an external layer of the element containing the catalyst and further deduction of educated insoluble particles element volume.

The coal filtering elements are intended for improvement of taste and a smell of water, removal of chlorine, harmful organic compounds and pesticides.
The element represents a product of the cylindrical form from the filtering polypropylene material with filling of pore space fine particles of the absorbent carbon applied on the punched frame with end connecting details (adapters). Elements contain a prefilter with a subtlety of cleaning of 10-20 micron and the finishing filter firmness of cleaning of 1 or 5 micron.
The main advantages of the bactericidal filtering elements:
- use of fine particles of absorbent carbon (0,05-0,4 mm);
- combination in one element of a filtration and sorption;
- mechanical deduction of particles of absorbent carbon material fibers (lack of binding) that increases a resource and overall performance of an element.
